Everything between "we should" and "we did."
Verdo is a decision engine inside Slack. It handles the mechanics teams skip — deadlines, authority, tie-breaks, follow-through — so the decision actually lands.
One vote each. One clear question.
Every voter picks one option. Keep each decision to one real choice and let the authority rule turn the votes into a result.
Decide who decides. Before the vote, not after.
Every decision has an authority rule. It's set at creation, visible to everyone, and applied automatically at the deadline. No post-hoc arguing about what the numbers mean.
Majority
An option needs votes from more than half of the people invited. If none gets there by the deadline, the decision stalls instead of quietly picking the most popular option.
Consensus
Everyone must vote and everyone must agree. If one person disagrees, it doesn't pass. Use it when buy-in matters more than speed.
Built for how teams actually decide.
Anonymous mode
Hide who voted for what. Participation stays visible — you can see who showed up — but choices are private. For hiring, compensation, and anything with a power dynamic.
Templates
Six built in: vendor selection, feature prioritization, hire/no-hire, budget allocation, campaign direction, architecture decision. Type /verdo template hire-no-hire and the modal is pre-filled. Save your own.
AI suggest
Type /verdo suggest Which CRM should we use and get 3–5 sensible options to start from. Edit them, add your own, or use as-is.
Emoji capture
React ✅ to any Slack message and Verdo drafts a decision from it. Workspace admins turn this on; it only reads the message you reacted to.
Reminders that don't nag
Non-voters get one DM at 24 hours and one at 1 hour before deadline. Voters get nothing. The creator gets the result.
Decision lifecycle
Active → Decided → Implemented. Or Stalled, Superseded, Reversed — with a note explaining why. Status changes are logged and searchable.
Outcome review
Thirty days after a decision, the owner gets one DM: Success, Partial, or Failed? One tap. Now you know which decisions to revisit — and which decision-makers to trust.
Weekly digest
Monday morning, admins get a summary: open decisions, decided this week, stalled, and outcome reviews due. Two minutes to know where everything stands.
Try it on a real decision.
Pick the thing your team's been circling for a week. Install Verdo, run it, and see what "decided" looks like when it's written down. Seven days free.
