Common questions
/verdo says "not a valid command"
The app isn't installed on that Slack workspace yet. Go to verdo.ink, sign in with Slack, and click "Connect Slack" from your dashboard. You need to be a workspace admin to install.
A voter says the link doesn't work
Links are single-use per participant. If they've already voted, they'll see their vote, not the form. If the decision has closed, they'll see the result. If neither is the case, forward us the link.
The deadline passed but nothing posted
Verdo checks for expired decisions every five minutes. If it's been longer, check the decision in your dashboard — it may have stalled (tie, or quorum not met) and be waiting for the owner. If it shows Active past deadline, email us the link.
How do I remove Verdo?
Uninstall from Slack's app management page — that stops all Slack activity, and we delete Verdo's stored Slack tokens straight away. Your decision log stays in the dashboard while your subscription is active and for 90 days after it ends, then it is permanently deleted. To delete it sooner, email contact@aethondigital.net (subject line "Privacy Request").
