Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Verdo (verdo.ink), operated by Aethon Digital FZCO, DMCC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("Verdo", "we"). They cover Verdo only. By installing or using Verdo, you agree to them.
The service
Verdo is a decision-management tool for Slack and other platforms, offered on Pro and Business plans as described on the pricing page. New workspaces get a 7-day trial; a payment method is collected at signup and charged when the trial ends unless you cancel. One trial per workspace.
Fair use
To keep Verdo healthy for everyone, Pro workspaces are subject to fair-use limits: 500 active decisions, 100 decision creations per day, and 100 participants per decision. Abuse — automated creation, scraping, or circumventing these limits — is not permitted, and we may suspend workspaces that engage in it.
Payment
Plans are billed monthly by Stripe. Cancel any time from the billing page; the workspace keeps access to the end of the paid period, after which the Slack integration pauses and the dashboard becomes read-only for 90 days, with search and export. Its workspace data is then permanently deleted, as described in the privacy policy. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
Availability
There is no service-level agreement on Pro. Business plans receive commercially reasonable uptime. Verdo depends on Slack, Supabase, and Vercel; outages in those services affect us.
Your content
Your decisions are yours — we do not claim any rights over them. We may compile aggregated, anonymized usage statistics to improve the product. See the privacy policy.
Limitation of liability
Verdo is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aethon Digital FZCO is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Verdo, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. When a subscription ends, the workspace stays read-only with export for 90 days, then its workspace data is permanently deleted. Uninstalling the Slack app deletes the stored Slack tokens immediately. You can ask us to delete your data sooner (subject line "Privacy Request"); we complete it within 30 days. Billing and tax records are kept as required by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Disputes are resolved by arbitration under the DMCC rules.
